GRENADA NATIONAL RESORT
Grenada National Resort is the island’s biggest foreign investment project. The goal is to improve Grenada’s tourism industry and promote the country’s economy through this project.
The Grenada National Resort was authorised by the government as a CBI project in August 2019. Investment in the project entitles investors to Grenada citizenship. Investors and their families are protected by the CBI Act and can get Grenada passports in 4–6 months.
This project is Grenada’s largest hotel, with 500 rooms facing the ocean, including presidential, executive, and business suites. A five-star project with extensive infrastructure, including a Robert Trent Jones II-designed 18-hole golf course, casino, marina with berthing for boats, restaurants, a 24-hour fitness centre, an outdoor pool, a huge parking area for automobiles, and two areas to land helicopters.
